At the one year mark we had two things that needed touched up. That is it. Other homes had a list. A well built home by an amazing team of guys. If you want quality and ease, and your Dream Home – these are your guys. Just ask. Don’t be shy. The prices are reasonable and inline with others, but a better product. “We were very impressed with Shawn and his company and would absolutely recommend them to anybody who is considering building in Tooele County. I did a little framing when I was younger. I knew what to look for and it was obvious that the work performed is of high quality. GTM makes sure to do it right the first time. We love all of the ‘extras’ that were INCLUDED as part of the home. Examples are painted garage, hard surface counter tops, extra electrical in the kitchen and whisper close drawers and cabinets. With any build there are 1 million or more things that can go wrong. Any builder is bound to mess up on at least one or two. To us, it wasn’t about the occasional misstep, but about how professional Shawn was at fixing the problem. The communication level was very high and all issues were resolved better than we had anticipated.”

“Rocky and I first looked “earnestly” for a new home mid January of this year without even preparing our existing home at all for sale. We found a floor plan we loved and selected the interior/exterior materials. The GTM team was great at helping us get our house sold (for what we were asking for it) and we ended up living with family for 3 weeks while we waited for the new house to be completed. It was slated to be complete in 90 days and I thought that would be a stretch, but even with bad storms this winter, we still closed on time. Rocky, who has some experience in building, was impressed with the quality of workmanship all through the house. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the job site all through the building process. The contractors are very careful not to leave building waste around and take pride in a clean construction site. We closed and moved in exactly on schedule and after being in our house for a couple weeks now, I am still impressed with the little “extras” that are included in the base price of the house and not an upgrade that would be the case with another builder. Thanks again GTM – it was great working with you and a very smooth transition. I would highly recommend their team to anyone who is looking to build.”
